Welcome to Always Open AI. These terms govern your use of our website and AI answering service ("the service"). By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Always Open AI provides an AI-powered assistant that answers business calls and messages on your behalf and, where configured, schedules appointments into your connected calendar. Features and capabilities may be updated or improved over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use this service. By signing up, you confirm the business information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscription and billing

  • The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $39/month, following a 7-day free trial.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information used to configure the AI assistant
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (such as telephony or calendar providers), or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

6. Limitations of the AI

The AI assistant is designed to handle common customer inquiries and scheduling. It may not correctly handle every request, and complex or unusual situations may require human follow-up. You remain responsible for confirming appointments and communications are accurate.

7. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to that policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Always Open AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed calls, missed appointments, or lost business, except were caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
