Free trial
AlwaysOpen AI offers a 7-day free trial on all new subscriptions. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged the subscription price of $39/month.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [insert support email]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
During the free trial:No charge is made, so no refund is necessary if you cancel before the trial ends.
After the trial converts to a paid subscription: Charges are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
